Relaxation and Breath Coaching Services

With decades of martial arts, performance and natural health care experience to draw from and a keen appetitite for ongoing learning Simon is perfectly placed to support you or your organisation to relax.

His methods focus on developing breath and body awareness through a mix of theory and practical exercises that include breathing techniques, gentle movements, therapeutic touch, specific sounds, mantras, affirmations and visualisations.
